Q1. How do you compile your data?

We gather, analyze, and manage our data consistently and continuously from a variety of sources, from public records, to title companies, to credit bureau data. From DBA filings and tax liens or judgments, to Yellow Pages, we have the most comprehensive data in the industry. We have a data team of 150 members who periodically update all the records in the database. We also gather data from third party companies and associations that have received opt-in information from the businesses and individuals across the globe. All the records in our database are opt-in records. This process is obtained through a subscription management and confirmation process.

Q2. What is the usual time frame to launch a new campaign?

It all depends on the campaigns we handle. As per your website or the case we are dealing with, we set up a time of 1 or 2 weeks. If the project is bigger we take a maximum of 3 to 4 weeks.

Q3. What will my response rate be?

By response rates we mean your leads, click-through rates email-open rate, etc. Any marketing program is determined by a number of variables that includes the selling of the product, its launch, content of the promotion, marketing presentation, timing, etc. All these factors have great effects on the response rates of your campaigns. Also, your response rates might vary from one campaign to another. However, we pay equal amount of dedicated attention to each campaign we handle. Some campaigns will be profitable with a response rate of one percent, whereas others need a much higher rate. All other variables being equal however, the accuracy and deliverability of our data will certainly improve the rate of response you would have achieved if you were to use a less reliable list source.

Q4. How do you meet Google standards?

Since 2006 Google started analyzing qualifying websites through their landing page quality and other proprietary factors. With our years of experience and expertise, we have build a strong relationship with Google. With time our landing pages are not only approved by Google, but are highly acclaimed for their high-quality standards.

Q5. How do I see the keywords you develop for my website?

If your contract that you have agreed with us, permits, then all your new and older data will be visible in your account.

Q6. Will I have a personal account manager?

Yes. Each client is allotted a personal account through which they can track their present status and the present status of the project we are handling for them. Your account will contain all the details of your campaign.

Q7. Are we CAN-SPAM compliant?

We are dedicated to protect the privacy interests of our customers and is in full compliance with the CANSPAM Act. Specifically, we adhere to the following requirements:

  • Subject lines are clear, relevant, honest and not misleading;
  • From lines and headers accurately identify the source of the email;
  • Message content includes FAQs clear identification that the email is an advertisement, solicitation or promotion;
  • Every email has a functioning unsubscribe mechanism for the advertiser that is active for a minimum of 30 days;
  • A valid physical address of the advertiser is be included in every email; All unsubscribe requests are honored within 10 days of the notification

Q8. What types of targeting do you offer?

We have a wide range of industry/title selects – the client has the option to select the industry verticals, titles, state or country based lists to reach the target audience.

Q9. What are the forms in which you can send the mailers?

We can send mailers in HTML, Text, flash or Semi-text format. However, we don't advice a flash template because older version of Outlook doesn't support flash.

Q10. Can we track these mailers, which are sent to the contacts?

HTML, Image and Semi-text formats are trackable with the exception of text format. We have tracking tools, which tracks the leads and click throughs. Email responses and email opens can be tracked real time, for which you would be given the login ID and password, once the campaign is on. This lets you track the results 24/7.

Q11. Can I track all the open-rates, click-through rates & bounce rates of my emails?

Yes, we offer a tracking tool through which you can track all the results of your emails and each of its individual performance.
